Our founder
Dr Yvonne Wren
Dr Yvonne Wren founded ChildSpeech in 2010. Yvonne has worked as a speech and language therapist within the NHS for over twenty years. During this time, she has worked with both pre-school and school aged children with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties including speech sound disorder, language delay, developmental language disorder, learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder.
Yvonne is also Director of the Bristol Speech & Language Therapy Research Unit at North Bristol NHS Trust and is an Associate Professor at the University of Bristol.
