Sarah qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Speech and Language Pathology in 1993. She has worked in a range of settings and areas from Scotland to Australia and London to Bristol.

She has been the clinical lead for autism spectrum for over 13 years and been part of an assessment and diagnostic team. In that time she has worked for over 8 years with pre- school complex communication needs. She has also been the lead for school age intervention and diagnosis up to secondary age. Recently she worked at Ruskin Mill for a few terms. She has worked in a range of settings from mainstream schools and nurseries and special needs schools, working with children aged 1-19 years old.
Sarah has worked with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties, including speech sound impairment, language delay, specific language impairment, selective mutism, learning difficulties and autistic spectrum.  She also delivers training to schools, parents and a range of other professionals.

Sarah is a licenced Talk Boost trainer for I CAN.

Sarah currently works part time for the NHS and carries out work for ChildSpeech during the week.
